Welcome! I’m so glad you’ve found me here. If you have questions or would feel more comfortable having a conversation via phone or Zoom in advance of booking a session, please reach out to me via email (kelli.bridgedda@gmail.com) and let me know what would most support you.
If you’re ready to book a session, you can do so through the ‘offerings’ or ‘book now’ sections of the website. You’ll select your appointment time, and then be asked to fill out an intake form as well as consent forms.
For ritual bodywork sessions, a Zoom or phone consultation in advance is required (and included in the price of the experience) — regardless of whether or not we’ve worked together before.

Over the past fifteen years, I have immersed myself in a breadth of professional, personal, relational and academic ways of metabolizing experiences of violence. Modalities that I have been shaped by include feminist + queer sexual ethics, radical sex education and violence prevention work, somatic experiencing, full-spectrum doula training, and rape crisis intervention work.
To me, survivor-centered bodywork means that my approach begins and ends with orienting to what folx with nervous systems recovering from violence might need. Everyone’s needs are quite different, so putting this into practice is always unique. That said, some adaptations involve consent-forward language, an emphasis on building trust relationally and with self, and a continual returning to the body: sensation, breath, and presence.
During intake forms, initial conversations and sessions, I focus on asking about what most supports you to feel safe receiving bodywork as well as letting me know if any shifts // pauses // recalibrations become necessary. Sometimes I set up safe words or gestures with clients who struggle to verbalize their boundaries once on the table.
I am as focused on technical bodywork skill as I am on collaborating with you as client to facilitate a session that leaves you feeling more whole, more free and more held.

My prices are fixed rates that encompass the full experience of a session. I do not charge extra for different modalities or ‘add-ons’ like essential oils or hot towels, and I do not expect gratuity as my rates reflect precisely what I need as a reciprocal exchange for my work.
If you are in need of this kind of bodywork but do not have the financial resources to pay for my regular rates, please reach out directly via email. I reserve some space each month for reduced rate sessions, and am also quite excited about mutually nourishing barter // trade situations if our skills and needs align well.
I also offer regular community bodywork days with a number of 40 minute sessions at reduced sliding scale rates. To be notified of these, please email me to be added to my newsletter for all the latest updates.

Pelvic & abdominal bodywork can be incredibly supportive for folx with a wide variety of needs: anyone in or around a perinatal phase of life, people with significant tension in the lower back, hips and // or pelvic floor, chronic hip or lower spine pain, digestion issues, menstrual cycle pain or irregularity, hip flexor tension, and more.

I am always striving for deeper inclusivity and accessibility.
My office is centrally located on Broadway in the West End of Providence. Parking is available for free on the street or in the lot behind the building. There is a ramp available to enter the building, and my office is located on the first floor with a bathroom in the suite.
I am also happy to offer accommodations for the session itself: extra pillows, blankets or bolsters to add more weight or comfort for the joints, adjusting the music and lighting for your comfort, and of course I am always happy to shift the amount of pressure, the techniques I’m using, or anything else about the session that isn’t quite meeting you. In your intake form, I’ll ask some questions about accessibility needs so that I can prepare as much as possible for our work together.
If there is an accommodation that you would need that is not mentioned here, please feel welcome to reach out directly. This is a practice that welcomes all humans who are drawn to receive support here, and I am committed to continued learning and growing to better show up for the work of inclusivity.

An ongoing bodywork session is a bodily care-focused massage experience. We begin with a brief conversation // intake, have a bodywork session focused on your needs, and finish the time together with a short integration chat. The emphasis is more on the body: chronic pain support, muscular and fascial tension relief, nervous system grounding, etc.
A ritual bodywork session is an experience that weaves together a planning conversation, more spacious time together before and after the session to integrate, and a long bodywork session. Most ritual sessions include one or two other beyond-bodywork elements (tarot, astrology, etc) that might happen during the session or before // afterwards. Though these sesssions certainly focus on issues coming up in the body through skilled bodywork, the overall emphasis is much more about integrating the somatic, emotional, and spiritual layers of whatever threshold or transition is present.

This is completely up to your comfort level! I work with a variety of bodywork modalities and techniques, so I am able to calibrate my work to what best meets your needs.
Some clients choose to undress to their underwear, others choose to undress completely, and others choose to leave most or all of their clothes on. Any of these choices are perfectly valid, and I can work effectively regardless. I will always leave the room before and after a session to allow you spaciousness and privacy to get on and off the table.

Ever-deepening my skillset as a bodyworker is very important to me. I have continually prioritized resonant continuing education opportunities to keep honing my ability to work with clients with greater effectiveness and precision.
This summer I completed a pelvic floor focused structural integration training. Next summer, I will take advanced training in abdominal massage techniques.
